Chocolate Zacher Tort
The Sacher torte cake, two dense layers of chocolate mixture with apricot jam and dark chocolate glaze. Zacher cake was invented by the Austrian-Jewish confectioner French Zacher, in 1832 for the Austrian statesman Prince Clemens Wenzel von Matnerich in Vienna - Austria, this cake is an integral part of the Austrian cuisine.
