Heating Instructions: Oven: Cover and heat at 150–160 °C for 40–50 minutes, with a pan of water at the bottom of the oven. For hotplate heating (Friday night): place 3–4 hours before serving, depending on the hotplate’s heat. For Shabbos morning: place on a raised dish about 5 cm high, half an hour before Shabbos, submerged in sauce, covered with parchment and foil, straight from the fridge.
