For convenience, these Terms and Conditions are written in masculine form; however, all that is stated therein applies to women and men alike.

1. The use of the website, its content, and the services provided through it are offered to you subject to your acceptance of all the conditions included in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Browsing the website and/or registering as a subscriber to receive its services will be considered your agreement to these terms.
3. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only.
4. The website management is entitled to suspend, block, or immediately terminate a user's access to the service if the user violates the Terms and Conditions.
5. The website management reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions from time to time.
6. The website may not be used for any illegal purposes.
7. Registration as a subscriber is intended for users aged 18 and over. By registering, you declare that you are indeed over 18 years of age.
8. Registration on the website is for the personal and exclusive use of the user. The user may transfer the right of use to another person of their choosing. There is a special obligation to be completely accurate in all personal details required for registration and for ongoing communication with the subscriber.
9. You may not publish or transmit through the website any information that is false, offensive, defamatory, threatening, invasive of another's privacy, pornographic, sexual in nature, racist, or unlawful.
10. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish or transmit through the website. The website management accepts no responsibility for content published or transmitted between subscribers.
11. No commercial use of the website may be made by way of sending advertisements or in any other manner.
12. You declare that you are aware that the website management has no ability or means to check, filter, or screen the subscribers who register on the website.
13. For orders of sold-by-weight products, the customer will be charged based on the product's actual weight at the time of order preparation. Accordingly, there may be a 10–15% difference in the amount charged to the customer, either up or down, compared to the transaction amount as it appeared and was approved by the customer on the order form, for sold-by-weight products only.
14. Cancellation and/or modification of an order by telephone and/or email is possible only during the customer service centre's operating hours. Operating hours will be updated from time to time and published on the website, without prior notice, at the discretion of Beit Israel Food Services Ltd. A same-day order change may be made within one hour of placing the order; an advance order change may be made up to the day prior to the delivery date, during operating hours. Once delivery has been received, the customer will be charged the full price, and no returns will be accepted.
15. It is the intention of the website management that the website and its services will be available at all times. However, the website management cannot commit to continuous availability without disruptions or outages. The website management is also entitled to suspend use of the website from time to time for maintenance and organisational purposes. No financial compensation or credit will be given for disruptions or service outages.
16. All intellectual property rights and copyrights in connection with the website belong to the website management.
17. The presence of links to other websites does not constitute a guarantee of the content of those websites in terms of their reliability, completeness, or any other respect.
18. Beit Israel Food Services Ltd. retains all customer details to provide better service and to understand our customers' needs. The company will not use or transfer these details except for marketing to our customers.
19. Customer details will be transferred to a third party only with the customer's consent, for the company's marketing purposes, or upon the requirement of legal authorities. An additional circumstance is when you are not located within the company's defined delivery zones and have nonetheless requested to receive an order via a courier company, in which case the customer's details and address will be transferred as required for delivery purposes.
20. This website implements systems and procedures to secure stored information and minimise unwanted intrusion. However, it is hereby clarified that the measures we take to secure information do not provide complete protection. In light of the foregoing, Beit Israel Food Services Ltd. does not guarantee that the information and all content on the website and in the services provided through it are immune from unauthorised access, and it cannot ensure that unauthorised third parties will not gain access to information submitted and/or collected in relation to users. We therefore recommend that users exercise caution when providing information over the internet in general, and before providing such information to the website, the benefits and risks of transferring it should be considered.
21. Credit charge details are presented only to the relevant credit companies.
22. As a customer of the company, you will receive updates by email or post about promotions and products that may interest you. The user may withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to Beit Israel Food Services Ltd. at order@goldys.co.il. Beit Israel Food Services Ltd. will act in accordance with the user's notice within 7 business days of receipt. It is clarified that until a request to be removed from the database and/or mailing list has been received by Beit Israel Food Services Ltd., Beit Israel Food Services Ltd. does not verify the currency or accuracy of the details provided by the user and/or the relevance of any advertising material sent to that user, and it shall be entitled to make use of the collected details at its discretion as set out in this document above.
23. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Israeli law. Jurisdiction is vested exclusively in the competent courts of Jerusalem.
